Vaytir is a large-volume eyewear contract manufacturer working with retail chains, global brands and large importers. This notice explains what business information we hold when you submit an RFP or enquiry, and how we protect it.
Information we receive
When you send an RFP, email us or contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide — your name, company, work email, phone number, and the requirements of your programme (volumes, SKUs, timelines, compliance markets and any reference documents). Our analytics records non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region.
How we use it
We use your information to evaluate your RFP, prepare a proposed programme, arrange capacity and sampling, execute the order and support it after delivery. Aggregate analytics help us understand which capabilities buyers are most interested in and improve the site.
Sharing
We do not sell or trade your information. Within Vaytir, your programme is handled by the staff who need it — commercial, engineering, QC and logistics. We rely on a limited set of providers to operate the site and receive messages: Google Analytics (statistics) and FormSubmit (form delivery). For shipments, we pass only the minimum data required to the freight forwarder or customs broker.
Retention
RFP and programme records are kept for the duration of any framework or project relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, and order, export and compliance records are retained as long as law and audit requirements demand.
Your rights
Email sales@vaytir.com to correct or delete the business details we hold or to stop contact. EU and UK contacts may have additional rights of access, correction, portability and restriction, which we will honour under the applicable law.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and measure page usefulness. This site does not run advertising or retargeting.
